"Training Day"...1st view on DVD last night...
DW is one fine actor and took note after his work in "Glory". The whole *black thing" winning of Oscars and all that crap made me want to hurl...this guy is a fine actor and never thought anything otherwise when he got the nod for *best*. His time came and it was richly deserved.
Hollywood, however, loved this movie because it makes the LAPD look worse than any setting, report or story I know of (fact or fiction). Plain evil.
Glad I own the DVD. Good view. Good movie even if the story line is a stretch in more than a few places.
I also purchased K-Pax - forget about it...nothing noteworthy to say about this flick.
