Bruscetta last week... ready for this week's menu?
I have a hinkering for crab stuffed shrimp and a home made cesear salad. Need some carb or veggies to go along.. maybe asparagus.. or rice pilaf.
Any locals want to help me experiment? (with the food!) Dinner and a movie at my place. I have U571 to watch. I promise less garlic this time.

Still crunchy is VERY key. I would say add a touch of lemon and freshly ground parmesan and
maybe consider walnut oil instead of olive oil or butter, the nuttiness is a nice compliment to the asparagus and the cheese.
As for a carb. - I don't really think it's necessary, as your crab stuffing for the shrimp will more than likely have a carb. base. Just IMO... :-)
