More comments on GIAC ....
My post was answered by Andrew from GIAC saying more or less that they would be more then happy to discuss this and help and to please email them with the issues.
Well, I emailed them over two weeks ago with my concerns but never heard back. I emailed them a second time and still no response.
This is not the first time my emails have gone ignored by GIAC so I can only assume they are more concerned with putting up a image that they care about customer service then actually providing it.
