Default whoo hoo! we're in the championship game next sunday!!!...
won 17-6 today -- i went 2-3 with a walk, 2 rbi, and 3 runs scored (we'll forget the error). oh -- and a stolen base!

Default i run 3 times a week and always stretch for about 15 minutes afterwards...
