Ok, so how do you guys go about getting your DV's replaced at the dealer?

Ok, so how do you guys go about getting your DV's replaced at the dealer?
Mines making coke bottle noises now 
Do they need to be able to reproduce the sound? or do they run some other kinda test on it?

I didn't even give them a chance.. Whats the point?
The aftermarket DVs hold boost better which would cause me to believe they are the better choice, or maybe there is some strange science with DVs and Im wrong... Forge 007P... Stratmospher.. Buy now.. Hey good job on the weight.. really.

Actually, I was trying to add weight to the stock shifter so that it'd act like a Rob ****...
I opened the stock shift **** up and pounded out led weights to fit in every nook & cranny. It actually does make the shifts feel a little better.

tell them it's making a funny noise, power doesn't come on like it used to and you think it's the DV
That's all I said and they changed mine. Been running on the "N" valve for quite a while now with zero problems. These valves have proven to be rather stable and are what many of the high end tuners are building their kits around.

I agree 100%... I was in someones car with it..
That thing feels so much better.. When it first came out, I wasn't too crazy about it (I still think the TT **** looks better) but that thing really makes the shifts feel better.. Im really considering ordering one..

don't forget to use AudiSpeak(tm): they call it the "Charge Bypass Valve"
and if you say "DV" or "Diverter Valve" they may do the old blank-expression "huh, never heard of that" performance just to make you SAY IT, d*mmit :-)
my dealer responded properly to the hints so I didn't need to perform any beatings. in my case, the check engine light was also coming on; doesn't always happen, though.
