OK, what type of discounts have you new TTers recently gotten on your cars?
Off the lot? Pre-ordered (assuming 0 here). Are the dealers negotiating? Any good lease deals?
Second guessing the C4S, thinking a new 225(maybe ALMS and a mini would be a great combo)

I've got my TT for MSRP without hard negotiations, just wanted the car, and I mean I wanted THAT ONE and NOW! "And kick those guys looking at the car out, I'm taking it!" Could have, probably, drop another thousand if I played it harder.
PS. Now I'm TT-less for the car being repainted till Thursday.

Rob i gotta tell you..........
coming home from the DC area yesterday I 'travelled with' a brand new silver C4S (naturally i thought of you). It was 94 degrees out by my dash temp display, the Porsche had the windows down and the driver had black leather driving gloves on. Now to me, this was just a tad ridiculous (read: ostentatious) but you could tell this guy was all full of himself in this car.
I mean really... this is a beautiful automobile (the C4s) but aside from power, I still think the TT has it ALL OVER it in style and good looks. (just my very humble opinion of course) And not that he was offering, but the *only* way I would have traded my TT for his Porsche was to sell the C4 immediately, buy a new TT and pocket the other ummm shall we say 'surplus cash'. lol
You KNOW you'd rather have a TT, just admit it. <wink>

My best friend has a 911AWD Convertible (C4?) and while it is nice
he rarely drives it -- I am sure he puts few miles on it so he can have great resale for something even more grandiose -- If you don't care about resale and want to drive the car - your ALMS and Mini idea will give you 2 fairly unique and interesting cars. Usually Audi has its best finance/leasing deals in the summer -- make a few phone calls

Got my ALMS for list...
Of course this was the first ALMS the dealer got, back in March. I picked mine up a week or two after Denny.
I'm not sure if you could get an ALMS for much less than list. Of course my dealer currently has 4 more ALMS on the lot, so a bit of leeway may be possible.
And everything I've heard about the Minis is that their prices are fairly inflated, because of the high demand. Tho, I would definitely go with the Cooper S, if I was gonna go that route, but I having just gotten my TT, I shouldn't be thinking about any other car right now.
