I can't turn my interior motion sensor off. I went to the grocery store last night and left my.....
dog in the car and forgot to turn it off. When I got back, of course, my alarm was going off. I tried to turn it off, just because I'd never used it before, and nothing ever happened...no indicator light, nothing.
Back to the dealership I go before my warranty is up in October! They can fix that, my fog light switch (they always come on withthe lights), and hopefully fix the clunking noise in my rear passenger side that they said they couldn't duplicate last time...bastards!

Someone posted a couple of days ago how to turn it off permanently.
Basically, you take out the grill that is above the rearview mirror, put something in to block the sensor such as foil or some sort of cloth, and pop the grill back in. Of course, that doesn't help you if you want to have the sensor enabled when your dog isn't in the car.

Just use some regular kitchen foil, take a piece bigger than the grill, put behind grill,
snap grill back in place and trim the edges... puts an end to the damn thing....should you want to use it, it is easy enuf to yank out the foil.
