Weird parking light problem
When the car is off and lights are on, left front parking light is off.
When the car is on and lights are on, parking light appears on.
Left blinker works
Left parking light flashes with alarm
Nothing on DIS
any thoughts?

As Schwing said, there are 2 bulbs in there...
When you say "appears on" - do you just have your side lights on or the xenon's too? Try it with just the side lights - it should be out with the car both running or not. One bulb is for the parking lights - the other for the indicator. Otherwise, sounds like you have a new gremlin! I recall Marcus saying that they were $25/bulb or pair (halogen) so a dealer visit may be in order.
