It could take a few hours. A friend and I removed the front end to install the Forge intercooler and remove the stock intercoolers. The entire job took us about 9 hours. It would have been almost half the time if we'd known how to remove the front end previously.

with what? Your chisel? ever try to chisel the front end of a car?
Then you clearly have no idea how much work it is, I bet with a hammer and some screwdrivers you could get it off in a week tops!

I just did mine a couple of weeks ago to install the projekzwo grill do a search..
someone here has an excellent step by step with photos and comments they were doing some intercooler work so you might try that search subject as well. The most tedious part of the whole job was removing the damn torx screws holding the wheel liners in place there are a dozen or so on each side. Good luck!
