How often should I rotate tires?

I thought the dealership did this at every 10K miles service. I thought wrong.

How hard do you drive? I do it once when I put on the summer tires in spring, ...

Then in mid-summer. I just did it last week.
I had 'bout 5K miles since this spring, incl. a round trip to Asheville.

Only one set of tires down here in Texas....

Sun - Thur: about 500 easy highway miles
Fri - Sat: Neighborhood becomes local race track.

The "official" schedule for the Pilot Sports is 6 K

Thanks. I have never rotated them. I have 20K miles.

Have I damaged the tires? Should I rotate them now or just buy new ones?

I asked the dealer to rotate the tires at the 10K...they told me the tires were>&

wearing evenly, so not to bother...is this OK or should I have insisted....I'll be in for the non-scheduled 15K in a month and a half...should I wait?

nope. i thought the same thing. I asked yesterday. They said they do not roatate. They will for $40

Dealer rotated mine at the first 5k service.

I didn't even know they did it, until I noticed that my single small scuff mark had moved to a different wheel when I was cleaning them.
