How many people have changed dealers for service?

those of us with options have probably tried them all and found limited levels of satisfaction...
I've tried 4 dealers in LA - finally choosing the one that doesn't INSIST that every problem with my car is either my fault, or "just the way it's supposed to be".
Very frustrating... BTW, it's not a big deal and all of them will do your warranty work if that's what you are after. Some, are just better than others and very few are actually worth a $hit.

You are right.......they all seemed to have one thing they do better then others. Must be a law for one dealer to be perfect. I guess you have to keep a log and remember who can do this or that.

Only because I got lazy ... went to Paul Miller for the first time last week.
100% painless. 10K service. Waited it was done 5 minutes earlier than expected.

I bought the car from a great dealer in Chicago, but wasn't willing to make the drive for service...
...so I ended up using a dealer in North Carolina instead.
Seriously, I tried a few dealers in the area, but ended up with the closest dealer. They gave me a loaner and very good service. The others were a little farther away and had bad service. The choice was easy.
