Which color to buy?
The Brilliant Red looks great on the roadster, but I don't like it on the coupe--you're right, it's a little TOO red. I saw a Brilliant Red Roadster in the bright sunshine, though, and I thought it looked fantastic--actually made me a little jealous.
When it comes to the other colors, though, I fall back on my old standby:
Silver: Silver looks good. The problem with silver is that everybody thinks silver looks good. Why buy such a distinctive car as the TT and then get the same color as all the other cars on the road? I don't just mean TTs, by the way. You really want your striking silver TT compared with that silver Expedition?
Also, the salesperson I bought the TT from had a silver TT and he complained that people kept cutting in front of him because they couldn't see him. Conjecture, granted, but it may be something to think about.
Black: Black looks great! However, you'd better expect to start a second career keeping it clean because the dirt really shows up and it shows up fast. So unless you're willing to devote time and effort (and/or money) to keeping it looking great, I'd steer clear of black.
By the way, an advantage to amulet: when it gets dirty, it just becomes a darker red. The dirt doesn't show up as clearly as it does with black.
The Moro Blues that I've seen are fine, but I don't find them that exciting. To each their own. Dolomite grey might work--I've only seen pictures on the web--but I'd be a bit concerned about the dirt. Ocean Blue looks like a good bet.
Oh, by the way, don't let people tell you that silver is the fastest color. It's definitely amulet. :^)
(Yes, I'm buying a preowned TT)
UUUGGGHHH!!! Such a hard decision...

Obviously, I have nothing against Amulet Red, and I think it looks nice. The obvious point is that I wasn't sure what I wanted until I saw a few different colors in person.
