Man I hate those piece of crap SRT4's. Mopar ain't got NOTHIN' on Audi! American cars are such pieces of crap now a' days. (most of them anyway). And yes, I say that as an American. I quote...

Yeah... the '05 mustang looks pretty sweet. Too bad it's under $20k and EVERYONE will have one(more)
making it a cliche' piece of junk just like it is now. Aside from most of the cadillac line, only the '05 mustang and the '05 Dodge Magnum look even "ok". American car companies REALLY need to step up to the bar on quality and "looks". Ford most of all. Ford cars are huge pieces of crap... just look at the neon... YUCK!

My sister has a Neon...
and while I agree that it's certainly not as fetching as a TT, it has been decent basic transport, which it what it was designed to be. And, it's made by Chrysler/Dodge.

LOL, wrong ballpark. we're talking NORMAL cars that NORMAL people can afford. Besides.....
if you wanna go that far, let's look at the McLaren F1, Lambo's, Fararri F50, and other super cars...
Ford's lineup...
ZX2 (LOL)
Focus (no comment necessary)
Mustang (cliche', too many out there, besides... ugly)
Taurus (can we say "time for a body style change"?)
Crown Vic (cop car)
Thunderbird (horrible attempt at a "flash back")
Some ugly SUV's
Some average looking trucks
And some minivans (ugly)
Oh... and ONE good looking car that's so expensive they won't even post the price on their website... the GT. (price I found through google was "139,995 US dollars")
I'm not saying they're BAD cars if you just need a commuter car or a first car or something... they just need to improve their looks and quality. Why do you think people say Ford stands for "Fix Or Repair Daily", "Found On Road Dead", and in reverse... "Driver Returns On Foot"? Everything in those cars is plastic. It's like a VW Beetle (which I have expressed my distaste for on thie forrum before).
take a look at this beast and tell me a Ford GT could beat it... I think not. 1001bhp.

Agh yes.. The Million dollar Dub..
I just hope for VWubyas sake its a little more successful then their 80k cars... Last I heard the Europeans were laughing at the thought of buying a VW over a Mercedes, or BMW..
As for Normal.. For Ford to enter in the supercar market and CRUSH the competition like that, I think it says a lot about the company and their strategy... The next year or so should be interesting with the new Lightening, Mustang Cobra, and Shelby Cobra making its debut.. But then again maybe Im being a little too optimistic..
