Default Question about H&R springs (can't look up a & in the archives)

Would Bilstein or Koni shocks work better with the H&R springs? I've seen many pics on here with guys with H&R springs and the height looks great. Am I correct in assuming that regardless of teh brand of shocks, the springs will lower equally in the car? Also, would Koni shocks ride better since they are adjustable?

Default I got Koni put on 2 weeks ago w my Eibach. I love the adjustability of the shocks

I'm finding that I experimenting with the more "firmer" settings that I thought I would stay away from. go figure.

Default the pics aren't really that good but here goes..

before w/ stock suspension

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/15930/md_tt03.jpg">

after w/18 RS4's Koni/Eiback/1/2 kmac

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/15930/front_wheel.jpg">

<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/15930/rear_wheel.jpg">

The ride is definitely sportier. But not at all hard. I like knowing I can soften up hte suspension when we go for a long road trip with my wife &amp; daughter.

Default Originally I put just the Eibach springs on with the stock struts/shocks. The ride did

improve tremedously. Cornering was pure pleasure. I put the Koni's on 2 weeks ago because for one, the stock struts were getting a little rough. With the new setup, I can drive faster more confidently. I really like it, but I haven't ridden in a car with Bilstein.. so I can't compare. But I enjoy it, makes the car handle great. Many here also have the Koni/Eibach combo.. and are more knowlegeable about it. THey might want to chime in..

Default Thanks for the info. I've driven a couple Eibach/Bilsteins and thought the ride was a...>>

little rough. But great handling. I'm looking at the Eibach/Koin setup this spring.
