Performance Run-Flats

I know goodyear make F1s for the new cts-v yet I cant find it in any other size except the 18' 245/45s.

Are there any other great performing, performance rubbers out there that can handle zero pressure?

Have you ever driven run-flats? bone jarring on anything less than perfect roads

They use run flats on the Veyron.

I had them on my new Z4 - hate them - replaced after 1 week with regular tires
