In all my car experiences with many nameplates...
Mazda - Nissan - Honda - Toyota - Audi
They never call you. Even if it's just a "I'll call you right back in 5 minutes" type of deal, they just won't do it.
Dunno what it is service managers are the absolute opposite of telemarketers. THEY NEVER CALL! ;-). Perhaps service managers are PHONE-etically challenged.

CALL THEM !!!!! I'd call everyday if mine was in the shop for any extended visit !!!!
You have to make them realize what your car means to you They don't give a $hit if you're anxious or concerned until you tell them so. CALL RIGHT NOW
