Unrelated response....it really irks me that we get zapped for additonal shipping when
oft times, in reality, the shipping costs are no more.... I guess it is just the price we pay for living in paradise...

besides the looks of silicone, its a PITA to do it...
if you don't experience any problems with your current stock one, i don't see why to replace it.
if your current one is collapsing under hard acceleration, then maybe its a good idea to get this one - but still there is no gurantee it won't collapse.
performance wise, its the same dimension so i don't see how you would get any more performance out of it.
