Default Yep, too much expansion at WOT. Throttle response should improve

quiet a bit. I was looking at some pics of my upper hose from when I did the dv reloc, and the upper hose measured 2.25" I'm just wondering if this is the diameter of the entire tract.

If it is 2.5", any improvement of going with a 2.5" system? Would this create a bottle neck at the inlet/outlet of the Forge, as well as the map sensor?

More likely 60mm (2.36 inch). The rest of the world is metric, you know.

Default that's right, the tb is 60mm, wonder if this is the same diameter

of the entire tract tho.

I think you'd want to keep the velocity up, some restriction which you can't get around, at the MAP housing..
The few hard pipe systems I've seen done were 2.5 due to the easier sourcing of materials...

Default Gotcha, ya, I'll go with 2.5". Think you can take a few measurement of the angles?

I was thinking of using a combo 45* and 90* mandrel bends. Once I've got it together, I'll get someone to weld it for me...oooorr, I can learn how to weld myself!
