Default Question for those who have a gauge in their vent...

How did you remove the fins from inside the vent?

I've taken the vent from the car, however I don't want to break any of the fins if I don't have to.

Thanks for the input!!!

Why would this be prefered over the AWE one that allows air-flow around the outsides of the gage?

Default The center vents share the same air pipe behine!!

Once you put the gauge on, whatever Defi or AWE, you are going to loose control on the air direction.
Even you block one vent, the other will give you the same total amount of air.

Default yes I'm using a 60mm... more...

however there's a rear fin that is controlled by the outside ring, I can't seem to remove that one, however if I don't, it seems as though the gauge actually hits the fin...

I don't think 60mm will fit without shaving the plastic inside.
