Default numerous people out there with either the Neuspeed TIP or the ABD one

I have the Neuspeed. Never tested it objectively, wasn't expecting a whole lot from it, thought there was a subtle improvement - har dto tell, at that level. If you compare stock with NS or the ABD, logic tells you the are just much better designed from a performance standpoint, regardless of what the real-world difference is.

Default so 8hp claim is possible? Would this mod be even better for a chipped car?What do stock 225 tubes

measure at?

Default This is not a mod for 225 cars. Yes, I think the improvement from the pipe would be more...

significant when you are chipped, since the stock pipe can easily cope with the velocity and volume of flow required by the stock boost settings. I have read the same theory in EC. No idea as to the validity of the HP number, but it doesn't sound unreasoanble as a crank figure if you are chipped, and NS claims about the same.

Unfortunately, I did mine before chipping, so if it would have been more noticeable, I missed out on that, but it would require alot of testing ot prove that: stock pipe no chip, NS/ABD pipe no chip; chip with stock pipe, chip with NS/ABD pipe.

Default different size opening on turbo inlet side; unless they offer one for it now

I don't know if the 225's stock TIP is as crimped-down as the 180s either.
