My camera apparently doesn't work too well in low light... it really does look a lot better... and since it cost me all of $0.82 to and about 10min of time... I think it's worth it. If you wanna see how I did it, just ask. I'll try to post pictures of the stuff I used in the morning when I actually have light (I hate using the flash).

82 cents at Wal*Mart.
Take out the plastic cover to the dome light.
Trace out the shape on the binder thing and cut it out. (you'll have to cut holes for the two little prongs on the plastic light cover and trim around the little tabs) and then pop it back in. Worked really well and puts off a very pure red light (as it not weak or pink or anything).

LOL. nah. It looks very clean... and besides, I don't go driving around with the dome light on(more)
It's only on when I unlock the car or open a door. Makes it feel much cooler to get into (which is saying a LOT since it's a TT).

I can try. Problem is my camera doesn't work well in low light (more)
and if there's a street lamp nearby, it'll wash the effect out on the camera... so I'd have to find a really dark place. Track this thread, I'll see what I can do tomorrow night so far as pics are concerned.
