Default TT Running too hot?
225, 2002 TTR in UK, chipped, neuflow induction kit. Temp guage 'was' straight up, upto when it was chipped. Then it went upto the 1oclock mark. over the last month it has crept upto just inside the red. it's not going up any more, but it's in the RED! any ideas why? what can i do about it? any help appreciated.

Default similar problem here...
My car starts to labour a bit at idle, then the guage ticks up to 1 oclock, never further. it only happens if it is over 65 deg F. once i start moving it cools down. i too am chipped.

mine is up in the red. it goes there as soon as the engine gets warm and stays there, doesn't matter if i am stopped or moving.

Gotta be your sensor..$6 fix..use search....coolant temp sensor
