I cruised the Home Depot plumbing dept (LOL), and came up with the perfect part since Aluminum flanges were't available in a 3.5...
He did a nice job on the install!

Figuring this out for the Jetta and Passats would be a hit.
While there are several CAI's for Jetta's and essentially no good ones for a Passat, figuring out how to make a TTDA work in both of those would be a a big business booster.
