Default and to replace with new rubber? with balancing? usually $25 a corner.
unless all you want to do is to take the tires off the wheels. then that cost would be different. never did that.

Default $20-$25 a wheel for removing old rubber,mounting it back on a new wheel and balancing.
Dismount and re-mount is about $5.00 a wheel.

Computer balancing is about $15.00 a wheel.

Last time I bought new wheels and had the rubbers moved to the new set of wheels it cost me $80 total.

Default Firestone offered to charge me $28.
I have lifetime balance on my truck tires. They offered to move them to new wheels for $28 labor. Re-balancing was free.
