Default If you bought an Audi Certified model, you are safe. Change the timing belt at 60K, get some good...

tires first.
Think about a suspension mod, better shocks/struts first.
Exhaust and a "chipped" ECU are some of the next steps.
Consider a open air-box, there are many variations.

Default Oh yea. Get Audi to tell you to your face they will repair the car to new if your belt goes...

Audi sez 105K miles, but every dealer and after-market shop sez 60-75K.
Make sure your certification form Audi will fix it if it goes out.
