Should I get: 01 w/7k or 02 w/19k??

the only difference is the 01 has the baseball seats... my concern is the warantee... the 01 is from a private person and the 02 is from a dealer and certified... hummm.... THANKS IN ADVANCE

also i am offering 25-26k on the 01 and 27-28k on the 02

No Brainer; 02. Warranty is....................

everything w/ these cars. Also, higher resale (newer model year) when the time comes.
