I give up......
The power level in this car definitely feels inconsistant. Some times she pulls a lot stronger than others. Last night I turned of ESP and, off the line, spun the tires without dumping the clutch. She hit her power band and simply overpowered the quattro. Not bad.... Needless to say, last night I went gunning for rice (WRX's in particular) but none to be found.
Could this perhaps point to the need for a FMIC? I check the hoses / DVR for leaks / tears and find none.

Here are my hose leaks ..>
At the back of the engine, where the pipe from the turbo is, there are 2 hoses coming off of it, one about 1" dia. and the other one smaller. I have burst both of these on multiple occasions when running DVR, N75 Race, and 100 Octane. I have also burst one of the N75 hoses.
I have since replaced these hoses with heavy duty and covered the sharp bends with a spring to prevent kinking.
Even an Audi tech could not find the leaks. It ruined a track day at Blackhawk farms for me.
