Default TT owners. Car hauling question. My mom is car hauling my sisters 2004 TT convertible.(edit)

How have you guys car hauled your car around? It's an open car that they are attaching to a dodge pickup. Any help would be nice. Someone mentioned to them that they use the braces that go around the wheels. Thanks.

Also when it's on the trailer, put in nuetral, drive or park etc with these cars.

If I am not mistaken, the quattro system will be damaged.

Default DO NOT do this, say you are not serious.

you can't pull *ANY* car this way, much less the TT.

Default since its a full trailer that you pull the car up onto

then yes, use the straps around the wheels. If its only got straps for the front wheels and a chain for the rear, I'd probably run a strap to the tow hook out back because I'm not sure theres a place you can safely wrap a chain out back whithout damaging the rear driveline. I'm not sure on the tow hook either though so contact your dealer and ask them where the cars are chained down at when they come in on transport.

If its got wheel straps for all 4 wheels then your good to go
