Default **edit**Impatient customer from TTSTUFF.com..more rant->

I ordered a Borla Exhaust and a 3.2 valence two weeks ago. The order was not processed until the beginning of last week and according to "them", it was shipped the next day it was processed and I should get it the beginning of this week. I have asked for the tracking #'s and had no luck. I finally got an email today stating that they had the wrong part # for the exhaust and are waiting for Borla (more delay). Shouldn't I have gotten the 3.2 valence last week, since both items are shipped seperately? (the exhaust via Fed ex and the valence via Priority Mail)....I would like to ask for a refund and order it from someone else..but who knows how long the refund would take. I guess I have no patience and their only contact is through email which didn't help. I hope they read this and improve the way they run their business.....nuff said...

Default There is borla seller in ebay. then valance you can get from local dealer.

the ebay should be cheaper for borla exhaust.

Default Feel better smearing a GREAT company? I have done allot of business with them and they have been

very good to work with. Don't be a child and smear someone. If you have a problem with them take it up with them.

Default That was my second choice..I should have gone that ->

route...but who knows how long it would take for me to get my refund (since they only responded to 2 of the 6 emails I sent), plus I did a search on this forum and one member did not get his refund for 2 months...

Default I would like to do a lot of business with them as well, but my first experience was not great...

I agree, they have some stuff for the TT that I can't find anywhere else...I just wish they had better communication....as far as acting as a child, I tried to be polite as possible..

Default Just to chime in, TTStuff has been great to me, just got my SAMCO

hose, waiting for backordered bushings. No issues, always respond to email. Hope it works out for you...

Default I got my valence from ECS Tuning, $50.00 they only have the dual opening. (I think)

It seemed to be an OEM valence.
