Dumb question, if the 180HP and 225HP have a 1.8 engine

Default Dumb question, if the 180HP and 225HP have a 1.8 engine
Both are turbo charged with the same bore and stroke measurements, what makes the increased HP for the 225? Sorry I'm still learning, mostly from this forum.

Default different turbo, slightly different internals, twin intercoolers, different exhaust manifold
mostly the turbo though. the 225 comes with a version of the K04, the 180 the K03

+++225 has a lower comression ratio due to different engine internals

The exhaust on a 180 is 2.25" and on a 225 its 2.5!

Except 6th gear on the 225 is the same ratio as 5th on the 180.
