Help....loss of power but no codes............My chipped 225 seems
extremely sluggish. I know by the butt-ometer that she's sick. Forge exhaust burbles on the over-run more than usual. On a "normal" (pre-computer/turbo voodoo) car that usually means .......lean...
No codes! Also, did ECU reconnect and checked DV and all hoses. Nothing.
Could the imfamous MAF be fizzling out?
I guess this is what happens when you push 300ftlbs of torque out of only ~108 cu. inch motor

You could have a broken waste gate, if you can get a long needle nose plyer on the shaft you can
tell, if it's loose and has back and forth play it's bad. If it is tight and does not nove it's good. The failure kicks out no codes. The shaft you need to test is a inch away from the turbo and runs from the vacuum housing to the exhaust side of the turbo. The fix is a new turbo. JIM
