Boost Machine question (yeah I know...beatin a dead horse)

2000 180 FWD: GIAC, Hyperboost, BM.
Dialed regulator up to 4 1/2 turns. Seeing about 18# in 3-5 gears. 12# in 1st and 16# in 2nd.
Question; what is the safest max boost? I know the 180's have different rods, etc. so I am a little concerned about combustion pressures effect on bottom end longevity.

Should be around 20-22 under load in 4th and 5th

180 can handle it, look at the HP you can push with ST III

I was reading where the 225 boys are going to 25-28, thought that might be high for the 180 bottom, not to mention overdoing the injectors and fuel pressure regulator.
