Chicago / Illinois / Indiana / Michigan people - just a reminder.
The ACCCC will be holding Auto-x #3 THIS SATURDAY at TireRack's beautiful test track in South Bend, IN. http://www.tirerack.com/
We promise plenty of on-course time and we'll probably get-in at least 9, maybe 12 runs for everyone. Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each class thanks to one of our sponsors - Laurel Audi of Tinley Park. http://www.autonation.com/dealers/laurel/audi-tinley/
As with our other events, points will accumulate during the year with fabulous prizes for the winners of each car class. The class winners at the end of the season will receive a certificate from our sponsor - CGI Motorsports - for a one day driver's school at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, MI. These are great events that also offer plenty of on-track time for all participants. ALSO - at the autocross Saturday, we will be raffling-off a certificate for a one day driver's school as well. $5 for a chance at this is a great deal. http://www.cgimotorsports.com/
Not to mention, one of our partners - StopTech - has provided us with coupons worth 25% off a big brake kit that will be awarded to the year-end class winners. Those that have StopTech's already can use these for 25% off parts - pads or hats - as well. http://www.stoptech.com/

Hi, I am new to the wonderful world of Audi. What type of event is happening in South Bend. Is this drag racing, auto-cross, etc? I would really like to attend and test my new Audi TT 3.2 roadster.

Autocross!
Not only is it an autocross, but it's being held at Tire rack's test track - it's a "mini road course". The folks at TireRack are great to host this event for us.
Come out and introduce yourself - I'm Bill. Bryan and I are the coordinators for the autocross season for our club.
The ACCCC is the Chicago chapter of the Audi Club, but all club (and non-club) participants are welcome. Go to the link below for registration and contact information.
