Disco potato is not quite big enough for the 225.

Are you saying the 225 K04-023 is the same size as the GT25RS?

no, not at all saying that. Saying that if I were building a 225 setup

I would not use a GT28RS, I think it is good for about 340hp and using a GT hybrid bigger than the disco would be a better choice. APR (A notoriously conservative tuner) was able to get 370hp out of the 225hp TT using something slightly bigger than the disco.
