got a sharp short squelch at 4k rpm when im idling down in first and second

not every time, and its only when i accelerate past 5k
and let off it, and as the tach gets between 4k and 4.5k it lets out a short squelch.
the dealership has a clamp they need to put on my exhaust so when i take it in i'll tell them about it.
i thought that with a new car i wouldnt have these nickel dime problems any more. damn it.
