I want all of my buttons to light up

I just bought a TT roadster 2001. I LOVE it! The ONLY thing that bothers me is... I don't have ESP. I don't really want ESP or think I need ESP but that blank button on the dash that won't light up bothers me. Is there anyway I can replace the solid blank button with another that says ESP or says raelly anything so it will light up. Is the red light a bulb from behind that lights up all of the butons or dose each button have it's own light?

Each button has it's own LED light source. Good Luck getting behind these buttons, it's a PITA.

What Jeff said. You have to remove stereo and get to them from underneath. There is a lever that...

releases them. Then each button can be removed seperately. Mine doesn't have heated seats and the wiring is missing on those buttons. I wouldn't go through all that fuss if I were you.
