Default Anything to consider before changing my tranny fluid this weekend?

I'm planning on changing the tranny fluid over to Redline MT-90 this weekend. I was told the capacity is 3 quarts, luckily I picked up 5 quarts at the atuo-x this weekend to be on the safe side. Are there any other things I should take into consideration before I begin or is it just a strait forward as every other transmission?

Default I couldn't seem to find the place where the fluid goes in? I think this is where it comes out? NE1?

other cars I've done in the past there was an "inlet plug " on top of the tranny. I felt around but I'm still in the dark.

Default so the fluid has to be pumped out rather than just drained?

good call on the 17mm hex key, I don't believe I have one of those yet. Other cars I had I could just drain, but I haven't inspected the TT too closely yet. do you drain and fill through the same hole?

Default On the FWD the drain plug is slightly above the bottom of the pan.

Probably can leave some in.
Actually the oil pump is makes it easier to add the fluid.

Default on my 2001 225, it's a 14mm allen...

drains on the bottom, and fill is in the front.

Be sure you can get the fill plug open BEFORE draining the juice

Default thanks for clarifying, I have one of the fill tubes that goes on the bottle...

it has worked well for me in the past. I would think with the car on ramps it would drain almost completely.
