Default Attn: SprinTTer - re: Xenon bulbs update >>

First, thanks for the help, really appreciate you going to your dealer - and thanks to everyone else that gave advice.

Ok - so I opened up my headlamps and checked out each bulb - and they looked almost exactly the same - it was too tight for me to pull them out, but the markings - while displaying different numbers - did have similar patterns and look (one was
(Passenger & Original) : 01.07.10 and
(Driver & New Bulb in question) : 04.03.01

They had the same color and basically did appear to be the same manu. I also pulled out the smaller high beam, and they were exactly the same. (not sure if that could mean anything though).

Here are shots of the headlights:

You can see the driver side is more "yellow" than the passenger side.

I think that you guys nailed it with the 100 hour color shift. Guess the only way to find out now is the wait it out...

Glad the bodyshop ordered the right part. The only thing you can do now is wait.

Default mine is like that for 7 months now, don't know if it's 100 hrs. driving yet, but still no change.

when first turned on, they are both very blue (cold start?), after a coupla minutes, the pass. light becomes "yellower" than the driver side.
