WOW! my TTC has some great stock brakes

I had to slam on my brake behind a slow moving desiel in the rain, and dang. My car just stuck to the road didnt fishtail or anything. It stayed straight and didnt feel like it was sliding that much. Now the Vette that was behind me is another story, lol. He didnt hit me but almost slamed in to the wall fishtailing.

ABS is a beautiful thing in situations like that. It may be what kept you in a straight line.

was following fast and close, and had to hit 'em: in the eternity of dilated time, I'd already resigned myself to some MAJOR front end damage when "much to my surprise..."
I STOPPED! With plenty of room to spare. Yeah!

Yea I was thinking the samething. I was like im about to go under the back of this truck. Then I stopped but then I had to get back on the throttle because another desiel was coming up from behind me.
