It's getting cold here, and my temperature gauge drops 1/8 while driving ...

It comes back to middle bit later. Last winter it was always in the middle after warming up. I tried to get the reading from my air-condition display, but it showed always 90.c (==no drop in temperature). It could be a different sensor for this reading? I used the air-condition debug block 51...

My question now is could this be A) broken thermostat, B) broken temperature sensor OR C) broken instrument cluster?

Any of those three. Block 49 is the one I monitor. 51 almost always says 90C on mine too.

Are you sure about the block number?

You should monitor block 49. I've replaced all of the above and none cured it.

blk 51 is oil temp, and 49 is coolant temp

Thanks for answers!

I tried the block 49, and sure enough I seem to get some kind of temperatures from there.

Seems like my temperatures are variating between 78-82. Usualy it's 80-82, but when it hits 79, the temp needle drops 1/8 ... I'm yet to confirm, but let's see what I'll find.
