yikes!! An oil leak!!
Hey guys,
I really need your help identifying a potential oil leak on my vehicle. I drove to work and parked my car away from the crowd of vehicle to avoid any mishaps. I came out for lunch and saw a HUGE dried up oil patch underneath my car. The patch looked somewhat fresh, but I am not sure if it was from my car. I checked the oil levels and they looked normal. I drove to a near by subway; Upon finishing (15 minutes) my lunch I came out to check the leak and didn't find an oil patch underneath the car. So, I am really hoping the original oil patch was from another vehicle parked there. Unfortunately I don't have a hoist, but what else would guys recommend in terms of troublshooting this issue?

Unless you removed the plastic pan** underneath the engine, you'd have to be leaking a hell of a lot of oil create a stain on the ground.
I had a minor oil leak due to failed valve cover gasket, and the pan trapped it.
I'm guessing the stain was there before you parked.
