Default Morning all taking the TT in for service today...Getting the Coolent system .....
flushed...New Glove Box due to broken latch..Oil changed...Inspection Sticker..and lastly having them check out the stiffness in gears when shifting to 3,4, and fith..Hopefully I get an Audi to drive and not the Chevy I had last time..Good day to all

Default Are you getting in grinding when shifting into 3rd?......
That is one of the problems mine started having last week and one of the 3 reasons it is back at the dealer today. Also having the upper strut bearing replaced and the instrument cluster replaced. They night have it for a couple of days. I hope it is not a major transmission problem.

Default Mornin'! Got mine back yesterday (roadster's rear windbreak mechanism replaced).
I gotta say, they did a great job. I was imagining a few internal pieces would be fixed, but it was an entirely new assembly, so the old worn corners and scuffs are gone, and it operates like buttah!

Default tell them to adjust your shift linkage and bleed the clutch...
if that doesn't do the trick you may want to swap fluid for Redline MT-90.

Not grinding but just real tough getting into gears at times...Got a FORD for rental
