Thats a lot of boost...Is it spiking or holding at 25? I thought anything above 23 was useless.

Default Dahlback chips run 26lbs of boost on some of our cars...
that is peak boost, but not a "spike".

Does it taper down, and if so, what are you seeing at redline or close to 6200-6400 rpms?
