My first ticket ever was 58 in a 30 when I was 16.
Glad ticket prices were a lot cheaper back then. I think it cost me $66. Didn't help that I was "racing" the Police Chief's son away from a stop light....Hmmmm, wonder why I got the ticket and he didn't. LOL
And before anyone gets on me for racing, it was 2 blocks of 30mph before changing to 55, there was no traffic, no houses or anything on that stretch of road and I was driving a 1980 Toyota Corrola so I use the term "racing" loosely.
Good luck in court though.

haha, mine was 78 in a 35 when I was 16...
and it was also right where the speed limit changed to 55, but I still would have been 23 mph over the limit. had to do driving school for that one. still didn't slow me down.
