Help! Three of four wheels came off easy for the winter swap
F1 17s for LM 22s
WWAWD?
1. leave it on go less than a mile to tire shop and have them play with it?
2. Other suggestions?

need some clarification::
won't come off as in you can't get the lugbolts loose or the wheel won't come off the hub?
if the former, take it to a shop (in my opinion..) and let them deal with it. if it's the latter, loosen the bolts a bit, then lower the car back down slowly to try and break the wheel free of the hub. If that doesn't do it, roll/drive the car around a few feet to attempt to loosen things up more.

Happens to me all the time. Slowly lower the jack with all bolts removed.
If it still doesn't break free, thread the bolts back in, but do not tighten, and drive it around a little. I do not recommend driving around without the lug bolts! If the wheel breaks free you will drop onto the rotor.
Whenever I swap wheels, I smear some anti-sieze where the wheel contacts the hub. No more sticking after that.
