Command vs intercooler pressure readings
Found a few loose hoses over the weekend that have been wreaking havoc with my car... everything back in place and tightened up i'm now paranoid and looking for leaks (got to get me one of Steve's pressure adapters).
Couldn't get a good traffic free run but managed to log a small high gear run tonight.

Given intercooler pressure is close to command once the turbo has built boost at ~3K everything looks healthy to me. Any comments?

Hi Steve... MTM. Boost gauge is only registering about 1.5 Bar...
i didn't log it but would manifold pressure, ie. where the boost gauge is plumbed in, be expected to be a shade lower?

Ah!, I remember now...Usually it's higher....>
but it Looks like everything is coming together in one spot which is OK (1.5 bar). Many times Actual and IC boost will be above command. When everything lines up like that, the car is able to deliver exactly what the ECU is telling it to. (This is a good thing!)

what do you make of a dip in the command/intercooler/manifold pressure starting at 4K (2300mbr to 2090mbr)? Been trying to figure out why the car looses omph as the revs go up... I can see the boost dropping and the seat dyno correlates... Wonder how much this is the MTM chip not liking our ****ty Cali gas....

Hmmm... I'll give it a shot... I did some 4th gear runs this morning as well...
it looks like the MAF numbers never get above 160g/s May have that as a culprit as well... Is the temp sensor available at ECS???

FYI, on brand new MAF and Green temp sensor I still see the exact dip in requested CMD press on my
car. I have an APR chip though...I see now that you have MTM. Even with the boost machine I have problems keeping boost above 2100 when RPMs start approaching 5K.
