I waited until last minute too...

swapped them the night before our first snow, though we haven't had enough to need them yet.

did you get those Konis on there yet?

nope...

between a baby on the way and a new home I have not had the time...I think I'll probably wait til spring now...

at least the place had no issues w/fozen lugs etc...that's been a major pita in the past...

Don't feel bad, I did mine two months ago and put the rears on backwards

I had a blowout on one of my summer tires, so winter came early at my house...
