Creaking noise.. Where exactly do I lube the sway bar bushings?

Creaking noise.. Where exactly do I lube the sway bar bushings?
My car is making horrible front creaking noise. Im pretty sure from reading posts here that its the sway bar bushings. I got some silicone spray and not really sure how or where to spray the stuff. Do I just spray all over the sway bar bushing? If so, how is that lubricating it?

To lube the bushings correctly, you should take them out & lube up....
If you look at the rear swaybar, you can see it better. But the bushings should come out & you lube up the inside of the bushing with some sticky greese. Its the part that come into contact directly with the swaybar that needs lubed. I havent done my front yet, but I have done a couple of rears....

Here's a pic of the front driver's side. The joint is all wet here with...
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/43168/squeeky_bushings.1.jpg"></center><p>silicon spray lubricant. Just get that knuckle nice and wet with lubricant so it can soak in around the edges and take away the annoying sound. Works for me.
