Default Hey Steve, problems after **** and 4bar.

After I installed the **** and 4 bar my car started having hesitation on acceleration like stuttering or hiccups then it threw a code system to lean... I figured the MAF went bad so I replaced it and cleared the code. but its back. any idea whats causing this? should I go back to my 3bar FPR? or is this the coil packs or something else?

Thanks!

Default Stupid suggestion... is the MAF in the correct orientation? -->

****'s can go in both ways even though the MAF housing is keyed for direction.

Default yes but, the connector on the harness should let you know right away if the MAF is backwards.

The male connector orientation on the harness is difficult to rotate 180 if the MAF is installed backwards.
this should clue you in right away that it's in wrong

That's kinda why I thought it was stupid, maybe some engine harnesses give more latitude than others

There's an arrow on the MAF that points in the airflow direction

Default Another possibility of course is -->

the fpr is faulty, not actually giving you 4 bar above the control signal. Dirt, foreign object in the fpr, clogged screen could all give similar symptoms.
