Default A pic of my engine cover..

Didn't want to post until I was done, but what the heck.

All covers have been painted black and then gloss coated. The main cover has a vinyl chrome decal applied as shown. That is the vinyl I was talking about the other night.

Waiting for the pin striping tape to do the surrounding groove.. then I'll clear it some more and put them all on and take final pics.

I doubt you can find "hi temp" vinyl, but someone else posted previously and said they did it and it has held up.

I don't think the cover gets THAT hot, but who knows. If the vinyl works on brake calipers, this should be fine.

The black Powdercoat looks VERY OEM......:-)

Sorry about it not being squarish and plastic....You worried about the emissions police Scott?.....:-)

Man, some machine work and that powder coating and you would have a NICE dash mount gauge pod. Thinking something that fits between the two dash top grilles.
